1. Degree courses:

(1) Academic diploma: a photocopy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or certificate of university education;

(2) Academic record: the original transcript of academic record (A photocopy of the transcript will not do);

(3) A reference letter;

(4) A photocopy of the applicant’s passport;

(5) Foreigner physical examination record;

(6) A photocopy of HSK certificate;

(7) A photocopy the receipt of the application fee; 8 Six 1-inch photos and four 2-inch photos.

2. Non-degree courses:

(1) A photocopy of the applicant’s passport;

(2) Foreigner physical examination record;

(3) Academic diploma: a photocopy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or certificate of university education;

(4) Six 1-inch photos and four 2-inch photos;

(5) A photocopy the receipt of the application fee.

3. The applicant who is learning in other Chinese university should also provide:

(1) A sealed transfer letter from the Foreign Students’ Office of the university;

(2) A photocopy of the applicant’s passport;

(3) A photocopy of your visa or residence permit in China;

(4) Foreigner physical examination record;

(5) Six 1-inch photos and four 2-inch photos.

*Those who are already in China, but not studying in a university, have to get information directly from YSU when applying.
